Cashmere Radio is a not-for-profit community experimental radio station based in Lichtenberg, Berlin. Consisting of over 100 volunteers, the ambition of the station is to preserve and further collective broadcasting practices while also playing with the plasticity and malleability of the medium.
Across 12 hours at Lenbachhaus, Cashmere will turn the museum's garden into a broadcasting station, featuring interviews, radio plays, readings and live performances from both within and beyond the collective.
From 24–26 July a bar for beverages will be available in the garden. The gastronomic offer is in accordance with the hygiene concept "Cultural Events and Rehearsals" of the Bavarian State Ministries of Health and Care and of Science and Art.
