Thank you for your interest in visiting the Lenbachhaus with a group!
Group tours are possible after requesting a date and time using the form below. Please schedule a processing time of seven working days for your request.

Terms
- Up to 15 persons
- Duration of guided tours: 60 or 90 minutes
- Date request is required at least 10 days prior to the desired date of your visit
- All group tours must be requested using the form. It is possible to book a tour with a guide arranged by us or take a self-guided tour
- The use of our free guide system (headphones / microphone system) is obligatory
- After requesting, dates are not booked until confirmed by the Lenbachhaus
- Costs per guided tour:
- Fee for the guide
- plus admission per person
- plus 5 Euros booking fee
- Fee for guided tours in German:
- 60 minutes: 130 Euros on weekdays / 150 Euros on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, plus admission
- 90 minutes: 165 Euros on weekdays / 185 Euros on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, plus admission
- Payment: Guides are paid in cash at the end of the tour
- Foreign-language tours
- available in: English, French, Italian, Spanish
- Fee for guided tours in foreign languages: a surcharge of 20 Euros applies, plus admission
- Cancellation conditions
- Cancellations must be made in writing (via email to: fuehrungen-lenbachhaus(at)muenchen.de)
- Guided tours may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 business days before the scheduled tour date
- If you cancel a guided tour between 14 business days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, you will be charged 50% of the tour fee
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, if the group is late or does not show up for the tour, you will be charged the full tour fee
