Thank you for your interest in visiting the Lenbachhaus with a group!
Group tours on site are possible by appointment through the visitor's office. Please register groups via our registration form below. Please schedule a processing time of seven days for your request.
We currently offer guided tours in the Ukrainian language.

Terms

Current conditions:

Up to 15 persons
Duration of guided tours: ca. 1—1.5 h
At least ten days prior to the desired date of your visit
Regardless of whether you would like to book a guide or not (self-guided tour). We will be happy to help you hire a guide for your group tour.
Guided tours of the exhibitions with groups of 3 or more visitors—whether led by a professional guide or a member of your group—must use our tour system (headsets with microphones). The equipment is available free of charge and disinfected before and after each tour.
Advance registrations are binding only after confirmation by the Lenbachhaus and after the charge of €5 has been paid

Fee for guided tours in German: €110 on weekdays / €130 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, plus admission
Foreign-language tours are available in: English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Russian
Fee for guided tours in foreign languages: a surcharge of €10 applies, plus admission
Payment: Guides must be paid in cash at the end of the tour
Cancellation conditions
- Guided tours may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 business days before the scheduled tour date; cancellations must be made in writing
- If you cancel a guided tour between 7 business days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, you will be charged 50% of the tour fee
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date or if your group does not show up for the tour or is more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged the full tour fee

Registration

After clicking "Submit", you will have the opportunity to review the data you have entered before submitting your request. If you are not forwarded to the review page, please check your data to make sure it is correct and complete. All fields except "Company" are required (*).

By submitting your request, you give us permission to handle your data for the purposes of processing your request as set out in our privacy policy. You may revoke your consent to our storing your data at any time by sending us an email at fuehrungen-lenbachhaus(at)muenchen.de.
