Our museum shop offers a wide selection of books on art criticism, theory and art history as well as monographs and exhibition catalogues related to the Lenbachhaus's collection; selected literature on artists and themes of the special exhibitions is presented on dedicated tables near the entrance. The shop also stocks international exhibition catalogues and books on aesthetic theory, photography, architecture, and design. International special offers from these fields are available in the "Büchermarkt" section; visit us regularly for new offers.
The museum shop also sells Lenbachhaus merchandise as well as selected design objects, children's books, and an extensive assortment of postcards, prints, and reproductions.
Lebenshilfe Werkstatt München
Since 2025, we have been cooperating with Lebenshilfe Werkstatt München. As part of this collaboration, bags have been produced from former exhibition banners. Every single one has been lovingly handcrafted by the employees of Lebenshilfe Werkstatt München. By purchasing one, you are not only supporting the upcycling of materials, but also the participation and employment of people with disabilities. With this project, we want to show that art, sustainability and social commitment are closely linked. The bags are now available in our museum shop.
