Due to Covid-19 the events couldn't take place as originally planned. Instead, we like to invite you to take a closer look at the social, economic, and political contexts of Sheela Gowda's works through our new podcast series with Antje Stiebitz, Ashutosh Pandey, and Arne Perras.

Trade Matters (in English)
Ashutosh Pandey was a correspondent reporting from Bengaluru and is now an editor at Deutsche Welle, Bonn, where he works on Indian political and business affairs. Speaking in the gallery, he will discuss political and economic effects on the country's art production, whose repercussions also influence how European audiences see an exhibition such as our presentation of Sheela Gowda's art.
