The glitch bookstore and the Lenbachhaus warmly invite you to the science fiction reading group accompanying the exhibition "Cao Fei. Meta-mentary".
We will explore the connection between Cao Fei's art and science fiction literature, from the beginnings with Mary Shelley's Frankenstein to contemporary authors such as Chi Hui or Kate Folk. We will visit the exhibition in the Kunstbau together and also immerse ourselves in the "meta-verse" in literary terms.
We will read texts in English and German.
The discussion will take place in German and English, depending on the composition of the group.
It is a good idea to read the texts before the dates. We will only read small excerpts together and then discuss them.
