"Ruinous Times" is a two-day salon in the garden of Lenbachhaus. Under a roof of umbrella sculptures made by fellow artists, visitors can gather – while keeping a little distance – and leaf through the 12 publications that Ruine München has published so far.
"Apocalypse of the heart. A bouquet of feelings. The love-desert of unrest."
The performance accompanying the release of artist Paulina Nolte‘s issue of Ruine München "Desert of Unrest" will take place Sunday during the day.
Ruine München thinks of itself as an exhibition space that is unfolding as a series of publications / as an off-space without fixed venue / as a Kunsthalle taking the form of a zine for real-life solo shows. Ruine München is currently being organized by Maria VMier, Leo Heinik, and Jan Erbelding.
During the radio weekend from 24–26 July a bar for beverages will be available in the garden. The gastronomic offer is in accordance with the hygiene concept "Cultural Events and Rehearsals" of the Bavarian State Ministries of Health and Care and of Science and Art.
