For the Kunstareal Fest, the library of the Lenbachhaus is organising a book market in the garden. All kinds of art publications will be available at low prices - exhibition catalogues, artists' books, theory, magazines, and accompanying literature.
The library has been in operation since the Lenbachhaus opened in 1929. It is used for internal research and is also open to the public. In particular, we collect publications on artists in the collection, e.g. on the Blaue Reiter, as well as on the topics addressed in exhibitions and events.
The duplicates that accumulate in daily operations can now be purchased at our book market.
